• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring goals and interventions align with their unique needs.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and promote shared learning among clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and engage in safety planning as required, ensuring clients receive immediate support in critical situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, thus ensuring accountability and quality of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure that treatment plans are comprehensive and effectively implemented, addressing all aspects of client care.

The primary client population for this role includes individuals seeking detoxification services who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, clients dealing with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. As a Social Worker, your insights and interventions will directly impact the recovery journey of these individuals and contribute significantly to their emotional and psychological well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience within a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic practices.
• In-depth knowledge of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches to support diverse client needs.
