• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients seeking help at the detox center, understanding their history and specific mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic interventions that adhere to best practices in mental health care.
• Utilize innovative solution-oriented approaches to psychotherapy, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic space for patients.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and contributing to continuity of care.

As an LCSW at our detox center, you will work with a diverse population of individuals experiencing substance use disorders, along with co-occurring mental health conditions. Your role will be critical in providing compassionate care tailored to the unique needs of each patient, helping them to navigate recovery while addressing underlying psychological issues. You will play a pivotal role in breaking down stigma and fostering an environment of understanding and hope.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada is mandatory.
• Demonstrable knowledge and application of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and therapeutic modalities.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Prior experience in substance use treatment, particularly in a detox or rehabilitation setting, is highly preferred.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining clinical documentation.
