Cross Bridge Health & Wellness Center is actively seeking a devoted and qualified Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to enhance our remote team in Sparks, Nevada. This full-time position offers a salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, with potential bonuses. The role is remote, providing the flexibility and comfort of working from home while remaining an integral part of our compassionate team. Although primarily a Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm schedule, occasional evenings and weekends may be necessary to accommodate client appointments. You will participate in regular virtual team meetings and care coordination sessions to stay connected with your colleagues and enrich the collaborative atmosphere that defines our organization.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate client needs and mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to the unique goals of each client.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using appropriate therapeutic modalities based on best practices.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and continuous support for clients.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on advancements in mental health treatment.

You will work with a diverse client base, addressing a breadth of mental health issues including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and addictions. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each presenting unique challenges and backgrounds that require sensitivity, cultural competence, and a tailored approach to care. • A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada is required.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience conducting individual and group therapy within a mental health setting.
• Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to diverse mental health treatment modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients from various backgrounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that facilitate effective therapy and teamwork.

• Experience working in community health settings, particularly with underserved populations.
• Knowledge of telehealth practices and the utilization of remote therapy tools.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) are a plus.
