• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to create individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, enhancing their coping strategies and overall well-being.
• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy in tailored sessions.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to deliver holistic care and coordinate treatment approaches.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements to ensure compliance within the counseling practice.
