We're seeking an experienced and driven Senior Member Coach to provide high-level coaching and strategic guidance that helps our member farms grow and thrive. Why You'll Love This Role


As the Senior Member Coach, you'll:

  • Partner with member farms on long-term strategic planning, keeping business plans and standard operating procedures current and actionable
  • Conduct regular farm visits and member calls to monitor progress on goals, assess engagement with UnCommon Farms      resources, and keep all parties accountable
  • Identify gaps across key resource areas (management, operations, inputs, grain marketing, human resources, financials, and      credit) and collaborate with internal experts to close them
  • Serve as a senior liaison between members, corporate staff, vendors, and outside resources
  • Mentor and train Member Coaches, drive improvements to the coaching process, and lead sessions at conferences, regional      meetings, and strategic meetings

What We're Looking For

  • 8-10 years of related experience; direct supervision and management experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or engineering is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
  • Deep knowledge of at least two of the following: human resources, entity structure, grain marketing, inputs, agronomy,    business financials, and tax
  • An extensive network of established ag contacts, with strong facilitation and relationship-building skills
  • Proven success managing conflict, building consensus, and facilitating problem-solving across cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), CRM databases, and project management tools such as HubSpot, Teamwork, and Trello
  • Willingness to travel 25-30%
