• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately determine their mental health status, history, and counseling needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals and therapeutic needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to foster client progress.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have transportation or mobility challenges.
• Offer prompt and effective crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating a commitment to client safety and well-being.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including attending workshops and training, to stay informed of the latest best practices and advancements in mental health.

Your primary focus will be working with adult clients, who may present with a diverse range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. By employing a compassionate and client-centered approach, you will assist individuals in navigating their unique challenges and achieving their mental health goals.

• Possession of a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental demeanor to create a safe therapeutic environment for clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients efficiently.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional record.

A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is required to ensure that candidates possess the skills necessary to handle a variety of situations and client needs efficiently. Preferred candidates will have experience using teletherapy platforms and will demonstrate a proactive approach to professional development and client engagement.
