  • These projects will enable you to learn how to leverage AI to improve healthcare communication, documentation accuracy, and workflow efficiency across clinical settings.

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like:
  • Design and solve real-world medical office and administrative scenarios to test AI reasoning and accuracy.
  • Write structured, detailed responses involving patient scheduling, documentation handling, billing coordination, and record maintenance.
  • Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, professionalism, and adherence to healthcare documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model understanding of clinical workflows, patient interactions, and compliance practices such as HIPAA.

Requirements:
