From initial strategy to final delivery, we go above and beyond, infusing creativity and aligning with business objectives to develop innovative products that challenge conventions and propel businesses forward. Our Client Our client is on a mission to be the category‐defining global platform for connected risk, continually elevating customers through innovation. Founded by enterprise audit, risk, and compliance professionals who experienced the challenges of managing internal controls and fieldwork manually, they developed a platform to transform how organizations manage risk.

Today, the platform is trusted by over 50% of the Fortune 500, empowering them to streamline their risk‐management processes. Responsibilities Automating Workflows: Configure localization tools and build automated translation pipelines to ensure efficient international expansion. Full‐Stack Development: Use JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js to develop and maintain the software tools that provide a consistent localized experience across all products.

Data Engineering: Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards to monitor operational health and identify localization trends. CI/CD & Testing: Work within GitHub Actions‐based CI and testing frameworks and utilize Ember.js to ensure continuous localization of product experiences. Infrastructure Management: Leverage a working knowledge of UNIX systems , Terraform , and Kubernetes to support the underlying cloud infrastructure of the localization platform.

AI & Scripting: Use Python and Bash scripting —alongside AI‐driven translation services and LLMs —to optimize translation efficiency and accuracy. Issue Resolution: Own the end‐to‐end triage and prioritization of bugs, leading thorough investigations to ensure successful error resolution. Must‐Haves 3+ years of experience in software localization and internationalization.

3+ years of proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js . BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics, or equivalent experience. Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to identify patterns in complex data.

Excellent interpersonal skills to assist non‐technical team members and communicate with stakeholders. Advanced verbal and written skills in English. Nice‐To‐Haves Experience with cloud infrastructure (Terraform, Kubernetes) and UNIX scripting (Python, Bash).

Familiarity with Ember.js , GitHub Actions , and LLM/AI‐driven translation services. Culture & Benefits Trust‐based culture: We highly value ownership and we trust in our team's skills and seniority to achieve goals. Remote work: Enjoy working remotely!

We are spread‐headed in different locations in LATAM and Europe. Flexible time off policy. Diverse & Impactful Projects: Engage with complex challenges for major players in Media & Entertainment, alongside innovative startups in Solar Energy, Compliance, and other dynamic sectors.
