About the Team

The Pricing Manager / Senior Pricing Consultant will lead a team responsible for pricing strategy, governance, and commercial decision support across the Capital Markets portfolio. The team partners closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Legal, Services, and Delivery organizations to develop competitive pricing structures, evaluate complex opportunities, and ensure consistent commercial execution. You'll help shape portfolio pricing strategy while fostering a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead pricing strategy and governance for software, services, hosting, and managed services offerings across the Capital Markets portfolio.

  • Establish pricing standards, guardrails, approval frameworks, and exception processes that balance growth, profitability, and risk management.

  • Partner with Sales and Legal teams to support and negotiate complex commercial opportunities, renewals, and strategic transactions.

  • Review and approve commercial contract terms, including pricing, payment schedules, indexation, renewals, service levels, and termination provisions.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in pricing, deal strategy, commercial finance, revenue operations, consulting, or related commercial leadership roles.

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
