About the Role
As our Sr. Specialist, Logistics - Home Delivery, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods to, from, and through our warehouses, third-party providers, and customers. Your ability to manage these logistics with accuracy, urgency, and care will help optimize our supply chain, strengthen vendor and operational partnerships, and deliver an exceptional experience for every Lovesac customer.
This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT. Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, suppliers, and logistics vendors to align on service requirements and deliver against the needs of internal and external customers.
- Own and lead the Lovesac Home Delivery Program, including planning, rating, routing, execution, tracking, scheduling, and reporting for the movement of goods to, from, and between Lovesac and third-party partners. Ensure related processes are completed accurately, efficiently, on time, and in a cost-effective manner.
- Monitor shipment lifecycle milestones, proactively identify exceptions, and provide management with clear resolution details. Partner with internal and external customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and field operations to drive timely issue resolution.
- Initiate and manage loss and damage claim processes, ensuring all claims are filed accurately, completely, and in accordance with negotiated guidelines.
- Conduct site audits at vendor and service provider locations to address delivery-related concerns, evaluate performance, and confirm compliance with Lovesac standards.
- Responsible to meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform any other reasonable duties for this role as requested by management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar discipline or equivalent experience or combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience coordinating 3rd party multi-modal transportation.
- 2+ years of experience in domestic and home delivery.
- 2+ years of experience in retail furniture or related industry preferred.
- Prior experience with TMS &/or delivery routing systems preferred.
- Must be results driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed KPIs and goals.
- Must have proven time management skills and can quickly adapt to a changing business environment.
- Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency, able to listen and can use this information to solve problems, anticipate issues and make correct decisions based on a variety of situations.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently.
- Must have superior communication skills; verbal, written and interpersonal skills; able to listen effectively to solve problems, anticipate issues and make effective decisions.
