• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their mental health challenges.
• Design and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and situations of each client.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness strategies.
• Engage with clients in collaborative goal-setting, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all clinical interactions and interventions in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in mental health treatment.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; a master's or doctoral degree is strongly preferred.
• At least two years of proven experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating successful therapeutic relationships and client outcomes.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and a strong understanding of virtual therapy best practices.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, specifically cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Proficiency in managing caseloads efficiently while remaining organized and attentive to each client's progress.
