Job description

Tri Delta is seeking a Resource & Curriculum Manager to lead the development, management and delivery of high-quality resources, content and curriculum across Tri Delta's programs, events and resource platform. The role will be responsible for cultivating learning experiences for Tri Delta's members that are consistent, engaging and member centered. The role will also curate Tri Delta's member Resource Library and ensure a cohesive curriculum across different mediums and venues to support the organization's strategic initiatives. This role will partner with subject matter experts across the organization to translate knowledge into effective, accessible and impactful educational content, while establishing standards and processes that bring consistency and excellence to all curriculum and resource development.
The ideal candidate will combine their expertise creating audience-centered learning experiences and their project management skills with their zeal for consistency and passion for member-based organizations to deliver educational content that uplifts and enhances members' engagement with Tri Delta.
Early to middle career candidates with roles similar to Instructional Coordinators or Training & Development Specialists are likely well suited.
The role is remote eligible. Candidates must be physically located in the US and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Curriculum Development & Strategy
  • Lead the design, writing and continuous improvement of curriculum for major programs and events, including CLC, VLC and Convention, and other in-person or virtual programming or training opportunities, in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the enterprise
  • Partner with SMEs and internal stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into structured, engaging learning experiences and curriculum content
  • Ensure curriculum aligns with organizational priorities, brand voice and member development goals
  • Establish and maintain standards, templates and best practices for curriculum development

Resource Library Management
  • Oversee all content within the Resource Library, ensuring materials are accurate, current and relevant
  • Develop and implement processes for regular content review, updates and archival
  • Collaborate with departments to identify resource gaps and proactively develop new materials
  • Ensure consistency in tone, quality and accessibility across all resources
  • Create and manage a plan for knowing where current documents live in Tri Delta file system

Resource Content Development & Management
  • Serve as the primary content creator for organizational resources, training materials and educational tools
  • Edit and refine content created by others to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment with standards
  • Manage content timelines and production schedules across multiple projects

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with staff across the organization to support initiatives requiring curriculum or resource development
  • Provide guidance and support to SMEs contributing to content creation
  • Act as a central resource for best practices in adult learning and instructional design
  • Partner with Brand Advancement to maintain brand standards for creative and messaging

Quality & Continuous Improvement
  • Evaluate effectiveness of curriculum and resources through assessment, feedback and data
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance member learning experiences
  • Stay current on trends and best practices in curriculum design, adult learning and content development

Education
  • Bachelor's degree required in one or more of the following areas: Education (Curriculum & Instruction, Adult Learning, Higher Education), Instructional Design or Learning & Development or Organizational Leadership or Nonprofit Management.

Skills
  • Content and Curriculum Development: Strong instructional design and curriculum writing skills; ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content; editing and content refinement expertise; strategic thinking with the ability to see both big-picture and execution details; and familiarity with adult learning theory and engagement strategies
  • Program & Resource Development: Program planning and resource creation; Collaboration across departments (e.g., Member Development, Support)
  • Communication & Support: Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication; Knowledge of organizational offerings and ability to articulate value; Experience supporting diverse audiences (e.g., parents, alumnae, students); Respect for traditions, rituals, and organizational history
  • Project Management:Excellent organizational and time management skills; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Comfort working independently and driving projects forward.
  • Collaboration & Relationship Building:Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., alumnae relations, foundations, chapter leaders); Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with members, volunteers, and partners.

Experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design or learning & development
  • Experience creating curriculum for adult learners, leadership programs or volunteer-based organizations preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing content across multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Experience working in a nonprofit, membership organization or higher education environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with Greek-letter organizations or similar communities is a strong plus
