Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly strategic, data-driven Manager, Content Marketing to lead the evolution and activation of our social-first content ecosystem across the Enterprise. This role will serve as the connective tissue between Organic Social, Influencer, Paid Media, Creative, Resort Marketing, and other channel teams to maximize the value, reach, and performance of content across the organization.

This individual will own the strategy and operationalization of how content moves across channels, ensuring that organic social and influencer content can effectively adapt and scale into paid media and eventually other owned and paid channels.

They will identify what content is resonating organically, determine how it should evolve for broader activation, and build scalable processes that extend the lifecycle and ROI of creative assets. The ideal candidate deeply understands platform-native storytelling, performance creative, and cross-channel content adaptation. They are equally strategic and operational, with strong organizational skills, creative instincts, and the ability to build collaborative workflows across teams. This position reports to the Director, Social Media & Influencer Marketing and is a part of the Brand Communications team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the Enterprise social-first content strategy, ensuring content is developed for platform behavior and cross-channel scalability
  • Serve as the strategic bridge between Organic Social, Influencer, Paid Media, Creative, Resort Marketing Teams (RMT), Mountain Communications (Mtn Comms), and other channel stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to adapt and extend organic social and influencer content into paid media, email, and other owned and paid channels
  • Own the content briefing process, proactively identifying content needs with key stakeholders and managing the curation of assets across Content Specialists to support cross-channel activation efforts
  • Partner with Paid Media and channel teams to determine how content should be amplified, optimized, and evolved based on business objectives and performance insights
  • Support integrated campaign planning by ensuring social-first creative needs, platform best practices, and downstream activation opportunities are considered early in the content development process
  • Lead the strategy for agile content amplification, identifying timely or high-performing content that should be scaled across channels
  • Develop frameworks for creative iteration and optimization based on engagement trends, platform behavior, and performance data
  • Own content organization, storage, governance, and lifecycle management across Organic Social and Influencer social-first content
  • Build and maintain centralized asset matrices, usage tracking, and content workflows across Enterprise and Resort teams
  • Monitor and manage content usage rights, creator licensing windows, and asset permissions across social-first content in collaboration with Influencer and Social teams
  • Establish and socialize best practices for social-first storytelling, performance creative, and cross-channel content adaptation
  • Partner with Analytics, Social, Influencer, and Paid Media teams to evaluate content effectiveness and inform future creative strategies 

Job Requirements:

  • BA or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, social media marketing, creative strategy, paid social, or cross-channel content activation
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of social-first creative strategy and platform-native content development
  • Experience adapting organic social and influencer content for paid media and other marketing channels
  • Strong understanding of content performance across awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion objectives
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across social, influencer, paid media, creative, and marketing teams
  • Familiarity with influencer content usage rights, creator licensing, and content governance best practices preferred
  • Experience building or managing content organization systems, asset libraries, or operational workflows preferred
  • Knowledge of social platforms, trends, and best practices across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Passion for content marketing, social media, performance storytelling, and creative innovation

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $63,431.73 - $85,359.15 + Annual Bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
