  • Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.
  • Regularly collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care, reviewing progress in treatment and making necessary adjustments to continue meeting client needs.
  • Provide psychoeducation and emotional support to clients and their families, equipping them with effective coping strategies and facilitating their involvement in the treatment process.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans, in adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population predominantly includes women facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. Additionally, you will support clients navigating end-of-life issues within our hospice setting, addressing their psychological needs and promoting a sense of peace and dignity during a significant phase of life.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in mental health counseling, specifically in therapeutic techniques and client-centered approaches.
  • A strong understanding of evidence-based practices to treat diverse mental health disorders effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, ideally working with diverse populations.
  • Experience in hospice or palliative care settings would be an asset.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your qualifications and experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off is offered to promote work-life balance and well-being.
