As a remote organization, we utilize a telehealth model that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while meeting the needs of our patients through secure virtual platforms. Our work hours are structured Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required to meet patient scheduling needs. We prioritize work-life balance and support our therapists in maintaining their own mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to individual clients or groups.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that not only address specific mental health issues but also cultivate a sense of community among participants.
  • Work collaboratively with a network of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for patients.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, effectively supporting patients during mental health emergencies with appropriate techniques and resources.
  • Educate clients about their mental health conditions and treatment options, while also highlighting resources available in the community.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Actively participate in regular case consultations and team meetings, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
  • Stay informed on the latest research and trends in the mental health field to continuously enhance clinical practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with diverse populations who face various mental health challenges. This includes individuals coping with anxiety and depression, couples seeking relationship counseling, and families grappling with substance use issues. Your role will involve adapting treatment strategies to meet the unique cultural and social needs of each client, ensuring that care is both personalized and effective.

Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
  • Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly in individual and group therapy settings.
  • Proficiency in conducting detailed mental health assessments and developing treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage professional boundaries and maintain ethical standards in clinical practice.
  • Experience with EHR systems is preferred, ensuring seamless documentation and communication within our practice.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in clinical practice with a diverse clientele, particularly in a remote or telehealth environment.
  • Previous engagement in community outreach or psychoeducational programming is a plus, enhancing patient connections.
  • Strong commitment to ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training related to mental health specialties.
