Salary: $115,000-$120,000 annually with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
This full-time telehealth position is designed for an LMFT who wants to provide practical, relationship-focused mental health care in a remote setting. You will work with clients who may be facing family tension, marital stress, communication breakdowns, emotional distress, or changes that are affecting their relationships and daily functioning.
The LMFT in this role will provide assessment, therapy, treatment planning, and progress monitoring through virtual sessions. The focus is on helping clients better understand themselves, improve connection, and build healthier ways to manage conflict, stress, and change.
Responsibilities
  • Provide remote therapy services to clients using a HIPAA-compliant telehealth system
  • Support couples and families with relational issues, conflict patterns, life transitions, and communication concerns
  • Complete diagnostic assessments and gather relevant family, social, and clinical history
  • Build treatment plans that are realistic, clinically appropriate, and aligned with client goals
  • Deliver therapy using marriage and family therapy principles and evidence-informed methods
  • Keep progress notes, treatment updates, and records current in the EHR
  • Evaluate risk, safety concerns, and client needs throughout the course of care

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted LMFT license in North Carolina
