• Conduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions utilizing telehealth modalities to address a range of emotional, mental, and behavioral issues.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to assist clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and providing immediate support.
• Employ mental health screenings and assessments to identify clients’ treatment needs accurately, developing tailored action plans that facilitate personal growth.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal, ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients facing behavioral challenges, integrating evidence-based approaches in therapy.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client base, including adolescents and their families, who may present with various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your expertise will help cultivate resilience and facilitate healing through supportive relationships and therapeutic interventions.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this role.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, particularly those dealing with co-occurring disorders, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
• Proficient in telehealth practices and technology to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of current principles, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling, including behavioral therapies and client engagement strategies.

• Experience in crisis intervention techniques and strategies to manage acute mental health crises effectively.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis and its applications in therapeutic settings.
• Prior work in community health settings or clinics, with a strong understanding of multi-disciplinary collaborations.

• Annual salary ranges from $100,000 to $105,000, dependent upon experience and qualifications.
