Position Summary
PART-TIME
Provide direct, 1:1, assessment, treatment, and crisis intervention supports (e.g., behavioral therapy services) to children and adolescents diagnosed with severe behavioral disorders. This position will also assist with cleaning, organizing, and preparing case and department materials and systems.
All behavioral therapy strategies and intervention components will occur through the implementation of a treatment plan that is prepared and directed by a BCBA or BCBA-D/Licensed Psychologist.
*This position will regularly encounter potentially moderate- to high-risk care situations that could result in bodily harm to the employee. These situations may include, but are not limited to, providing behavioral therapy in situations where the patients display property destruction, emotional outbursts, verbal insults, and physical aggression. This position will receive specialized behavior management training.
