Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one and family therapy sessions using video conferencing technology, delivering immediate, evidence-based care to clients navigating emotional disorders.
  • Evaluate and assess clients’ emotional and mental health needs, while diagnosing issues and crafting tailored treatment plans to achieve therapeutic goals.
  • Foster a safe and empathetic virtual environment where individuals and families can share their experiences and develop effective coping strategies.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, applying the latest therapeutic methods and technologies to enrich the remote therapeutic experience.
  • Document client progress meticulously while adhering to ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality within a comprehensive electronic health records system.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.
  • Hold an active and valid LMFT license in Washington State.

  • Proficient in technology, with the ability to navigate telehealth platforms and video conferencing software for therapy sessions.
  • Strong understanding of the principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosing and treating emotional and behavioral disorders.

Compensation and Benefits
