  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple analytical requests and priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve and analytical problems may require creative solutions.
  • Experience in iGaming or another data-intensive digital industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, dbt, and basic Git is a plus.
  • Experience working with tracking platforms, affiliate systems, or partner data sources is beneficial.
Benefits
  • Fully remote working environment with the flexibility to work from a location where you feel comfortable and productive.
  • Opportunity to work on international projects within a technology-driven and data-focused environment.
  • 20 working days of paid annual leave, plus public holidays and paid sick leave.
  • Health insurance with access to high-quality medical providers.
  • Coverage for psychological support through the Pleso platform.
  • Monthly benefits allowance that can be used toward personal interests, hobbies, sports, and other eligible activities.
  • Team-building activities, corporate events, workshops, and other opportunities to connect with colleagues.
  • Individual learning and development budget for courses and professional training.
  • Corporate English language training.
  • Access to workshops and an online learning library.
  • Structured career development opportunities, including performance reviews and mentoring programs.
  • Opportunities to take part in professional conferences and industry events.
