This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to ensure you can provide care to clients seamlessly. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health statuses, needs, and goals, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, integrating various techniques to meet individual client needs and preferences.
• Engage with clients via teletherapy, delivering effective virtual sessions that promote client engagement and support.
• Address crisis situations by utilizing your training to provide timely crisis intervention services when necessary.
• Participate in regular professional development activities to remain current on industry standards and best practices, ensuring the highest quality of care for clients.

Your clients at Carewell Psychological Clinic will encompass a diverse array of individuals with varying mental health challenges. You will work with adults experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma-related concerns. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and effectively articulate treatment goals.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time-management abilities to handle a full caseload efficiently.

Experience with telehealth services and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will be advantageous. An understanding of the unique needs of adult clients will further enhance your ability to support their journeys.
