Summary
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the FACILITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Help
  • You will analyze, develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive, outcome-based product support strategy for each production operations program/capability.
  • You will participate as a key member on Platform Capability Boards (PCD) relating to new depot capability establishment.
  • You will act as the integrator for multiple projects that fall under an overarching program and negotiates with resource managers for personnel to accomplish task in support of FRC East customers.
  • You will verify funding availability with customers in coordination with the business office.
  • You will seek to leverage common program/capability requirements across FRC East as a means to minimize risk, reduce cost, and integrate priorities across projects and programs.
  • Performs assessments as directed for FRC East programs and capabilities, (on a reoccurring basis), identifying issues, concerns, and risks that may impact the ability to establish or sustain programs/capabilities.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
FOR THE GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Experience in technical program management; 2) Possessing familiarity with funding sources common to FRC (CIP, SRM, APN, OMN); 3) Program experience as it relates to Aircraft MRO operations; 4) Possessing leadership skills and the ability to work independently; 5) Demonstrating communication at all levels of their operational organization.
FOR THE GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advanced experience in technical program management; 2) Possessing demonstrated familiarity with funding sources common to FRC (CIP, SRM, APN, OMN); 3) Possessing demonstrated program experience as it relates to Aircraft MRO operations; 4) Demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to work independently; 5) Demonstrating communication at all levels of their operational organization.
