  • Support technical presentations, proposals, quotations, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.

Coordinate customer projects with engineering, product management, manufacturing, and commercial teams.

Represent the company at relevant customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

What You Bring:

  • Strong technical understanding of thermoset prepregs and structural composite materials.
  • Familiarity with relevant prepreg and composite concepts such as:

  • CFRP and GFRP
  • Unidirectional and/or fabric-reinforced prepreg systems
  • Thermoset resin systems
  • Composite material processing

  • Material testing and qualification
  • Structural composite applications
  • Meaningful experience working directly with customers in a technical or commercial environment.
  • Experience working for or with prepreg manufacturers, advanced composite material suppliers, composite fabricators, OEMs, material processors, or technical distributors is particularly valuable.

  • Target base salary of $110,000, commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based variable compensation
  • 100% employer-paid medical coverage
  • Company-supported dental and vision coverage
  • Employer-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance
  • Retirement savings participation with company match
