This Position is Work form Home - Remote Position for All USA location only.


Weโ€™re looking for that special someone who has not one, but two complementary skills โ€“ the amazing ability to grasp and explain technical concepts (Technical Solutions Presenter) and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (Project Management)


Responsibilities:

  • This is a key role for Compliance Groupโ€™s strategy to launch a new quality management solution into the market.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, Product Management, Marketing Communications, Demand Generation, and other teams to drive growth and customer success.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Compliance Group in the market.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop innovative programs that drive demand.
  • Provide content used to create marketing assets (e.g., data sheets, infographics, white papers, web content, presentations, product videos, website copy, blog posts, release announcements) to articulate the benefits of the product.
  • Develop sales tools and training that support selling the product.
  • Understand the competitive landscapeโ€”be an expert on our competition, their positioning and our areas of competitive differentiation.
  • Follow and analyze market trends to position the product and identify new required capabilities.
  • Define and maintain a deep understanding of our buyer personas, how they buy and their buying criteria.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our products and value proposition to customers, prospects, external stakeholders (analysts, media, partners) and internal stakeholders (sales, etc.).
  • Represent Compliance Group at various events.
  • Have a good understanding of the FDA regulations pertaining to QMS
  • The Solution Engineer is responsible for providing exemplary pre-sales support to the sales team focusing on territory and enterprise accounts
  • The Solution Engineer will assist in driving new business from prospective and existing customer accounts within their respective assigned territory, and meeting and/or exceeding all sales quotas to achieve revenue goals
  • This position will organize, plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the technical pre-sales engagement for the prospect
  • Provide exemplary pre-sales technical expertise through technical and product demonstrations
  • Act as a business resource to the customer/prospect and provide "industry expert" executive level selling practices with consistent communication and on-going technical consultation
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements and using the associated details to recommend product solutions to customers qualifications
  • Project management experience: You will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You will be successful in this position if you love diving into the technical details of our many products and helping customers understand how to select and use the right products for their applications
  • Limited Travel will be required
  • Update CRM to include current status and โ€œNext Action Itemsโ€ for team sales
  • You will be really successful if you love to dive into the prospects business problems they are trying to solve and determine how our solutions can help them


Preferred Skills:

  • 3+ years in the quality management space
  • Practical experience in implementation, consulting or working in the life science industries 
  • Understanding of the Quality Management System within a regulated industry
  • Experience conducting software presentations
  • Experience working with ERP, QMS, PLM, or LMS systems.
  • Prior start-up experience Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • BA/BS required
