Overview

We are seeking a Business Central Finance Consultant to lead financial implementations and optimization projects for food and beverage manufacturers.

This role works closely with CFOs, controllers, and accounting teams to configure financial modules, improve reporting, and streamline accounting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial process discovery sessions with clients
  • Configure Business Central financial modules including:
    • General Ledger
    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Fixed Assets
    • Cash Management
  • Configure:
    • chart of accounts
    • dimensions
    • posting groups
    • financial reporting structures
  • Assist clients with financial reporting and month-end processes
  • Support data migration and chart of accounts design
  • Implement financial best practices and internal controls
  • Train accounting and finance teams on system usage
  • Support testing, go-live, and post-implementation optimization

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years implementing Business Central or Dynamics NAV
  • Strong understanding of:
    • financial accounting
