You'll be an important part of the development team that builds and owns technology solutions that enable our Equipment Finance business. We believe we are true partners to our business, and we WIN as a team by being experts in our space.

Our entire development team owns quality - but the Business Systems Analyst and Quality Leader will provide additional leadership and coordination to ensure our systems enable features with experiences consistent with the vision of our product owner and the expectations of our customers and colleagues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work as a key team member on a cross functional team supporting the continuous delivery value to the customer with an added focus around quality and data.
  • Develop, document and maintain test data, data validation and end to end testing flows.
  • Lead, coordinate and conduct manual and automated testing, track and communicate results.
  • Consult with product stakeholders, as the key point of contact, to assess, prioritize and anticipate current and future product needs.
  • Assist in the development of product strategies and roadmaps through analysis of personas, use cases, customer benefits and solution value propositions.
  • Ensure product backlog items clearly communicate the customer and stakeholder needs and meet key business objectives and strategies for the product.
  • Assist in the maintenance and refinement of the product backlog, identify business and functional requirements and document test scenarios as needed.
  • Work in a scrum team, ensuring the teams are aligned around similar goals and objectives and attending all scrum events.
  • Develop and track key value drivers that measure effectiveness of product discovery and overall product performance.
  • Foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles.
  • Inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction (product/agile/devops).​

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business or other related fields
  • 7+ years of relevant experience working with technology teams to deliver business and technical solutions
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams
    • Ability to accurately and efficiently articulate business needs to development team members through product backlog items
    • Ability to balance multiple priorities by working with key team members and subject matter experts to determine the path with the greatest value
    • Passion for learning, continuous improvement and asking "WHY?"
    • Ability to develop strong relationships and build consensus among competing stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO-Scrum Alliance) or other similar industry certification
  • Experience with the asset finance industry (leasing, lending)
  • Experience with scaled agile frameworks
  • Experience with equipment finance origination and servicing systems such as Rapport and InfoLease

Compensation Range:

Total Base Pay Range 77,000.00 - 154,000.00 USD Annual

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
