Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI & Next.js

Duration: Long Term

Location: United States- Remote

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in AI/LLM integration, modern Next.js development, and distributed systems architecture. The ideal candidate is an AI-first developer who actively uses tools like Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to accelerate development and help drive AI engineering best practices across the team.

Key Requirements

AI / LLM Integration (Must Have)

  • Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLMs into production applications.
  • Experience with:
    • Prompt engineering
    • Streaming responses
    • Confidence scoring and evaluation
    • Hallucination mitigation
    • Human-in-the-loop workflows
    • Agentic AI solutions
  • Active user of AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.
  • Ability to establish AI-driven development workflows and best practices.

Architecture & System Design

  • Strong architectural mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and justify technical decisions.
  • Experience building cloud-native, distributed applications.

Event-Driven Architecture

  • Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging technologies.
  • Strong understanding of asynchronous workflows and event-driven systems.

Database Design

  • Experience designing solutions using Cosmos DB, MongoDB, or other document databases.
  • Strong understanding of NoSQL data modeling and scalability patterns.

Next.js (Must Have)

  • Proven experience with Next.js, including:
    • App Router
    • Server Components
    • Server Actions
  • React experience alone is not sufficient.

Preferred

  • Experience with Azure cloud services.
  • Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
  • Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills.
