Job description

DDS Lab is seeking a strategic, commercially-minded leader to build and lead the organization's Portfolio Strategy & Commercialization function. This role serves as the organization's commercialization leader and strategic advisor for portfolio growth initiatives, translating executive growth priorities into actionable commercialization, adoption, pricing, penetration, and lifecycle management plans. The Sr. Manager will partner closely with Innovation, Marketing Operations, Education, Sales, Operations, Technical Consulting, Customer Experience, and Executive Leadership to ensure DDS Lab's investments translate into sustainable revenue growth, increased customer adoption, and differentiated market positioning. This is not a traditional product marketing role. It is a strategic leadership position responsible for guiding opportunities through the full lifecycle-from opportunity identification and business case development through commercialization, growth, optimization, and portfolio management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in portfolio strategy, product management, commercialization, strategic marketing, growth strategy, business development, or related commercial leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience leading commercialization planning for products, services, workflows, platforms, or customer programs from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and lifecycle management
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience developing business cases, evaluating market opportunities, assessing profitability, and making investment or resource allocation recommendations
• Proven ability to translate executive growth priorities into actionable portfolio roadmaps, launch plans, pricing recommendations, adoption strategies, and measurable growth initiatives
• Experience developing or managing stage-gate, launch readiness, portfolio governance, or cross-functional commercialization processes in a growth-oriented organization
• Strong analytical capability with experience using market intelligence, customer insights, competitive analysis, adoption metrics, revenue performance, and profitability data to inform strategic recommendations
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, Education, Technical, and Executive Leadership teams to drive alignment and execution across complex initiatives
