Job description

E-Logic is seeking a Senior Programmer to support the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Technology and Innovation Branch. The successful candidate will develop, maintain, and enhance web-based dashboards and applications supporting GSA's Office of Architecture and Engineering (OAE). The role will ensure the continued operation of the Subject Matter Expert (SME) Dashboard while developing new features, supporting users, and maintaining system documentation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance the OAE/OFM Subject Matter Expert Dashboard.
  • Design and implement new dashboard features and workflow improvements.
  • Support Google Workspace applications, including Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and Google Sites.
  • Maintain system documentation and technical procedures.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide end-user support.
  • Develop dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure system availability, performance, and operational continuity.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to implement enhancements and resolve technical issues.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, dashboards, databases, workflow automation, APIs, or content management systems.
  • Experience supporting enterprise web platforms and technical documentation.
  • Strong experience with JavaScript and Google Workspace technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting GSA or other federal government agencies.
  • Experience developing Google Apps Script solutions.
  • Experience building dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
  • Experience integrating APIs and cloud-based applications.
