Salesforce Industries Cloud Architect (Remote)

$135,000 - $150,000 OTE

On Target Earnings - includes base pay and variable compensation

Duties, responsibilities and tasks of the employee in the role of Salesforce Industries Cloud Architect are as follows:


In this role, the Employee will be responsible for leading the architecture, implementation, configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce Industries Cloud applications and solutions for Ateko and Ateko clients, as well as other duties as required, including mentoring team members, documentation, deployment best practices and testing.


Location

Halifax, NS (hybrid) or Remote within Canada

What You’ll Do
  • Take a lead role on major Salesforce Industries Cloud projects and to solve complex business problems.

  • Lead the building of solutions on the Salesforce platform, including development using OmniStudio, Flows and LWCs

  • Leverage their knowledge of complex Salesforce ecosystems in order to deliver both declarative and non-declarative custom solutions.

  • Collaborate with Admins, Developers and Leadership to deliver the most efficient and scalable solutions to complex problems.

  • Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively on client projects.

  • Design the data model, user interface, business logic and security for custom applications within Salesforce.

  • Lead requirements gathering, testing, deployment and documentation of solutions.

  • Work with teams to help create and review estimates for technical solutions and software development.

  • Own the technical standards for the development and integration of the Salesforce solutions, including UI/UX.

  • Lead audit and security checks of client instances.

  • Design and develop automated solutions that will help make CloudKettle’s practice more scalable and improve the quality of our deliverables.

  • Enforce best practices, design patterns etc.

  • Provide day-to-day end-user support and assist clients with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce Industry Clouds

  • Participate in client meetings to communicate status and provide best practice recommendations.

  • Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Salesforce Solutions.

  • Other duties as required

What You Bring
  • 5 or more years of hands-on experience with Salesforce,

    • At least 2 years of Industries Cloud, preferably Media Cloud, Health Cloud or Communications Cloud experience

  • Have a current Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect (or) B2B Solution Architect Certification along with an Industries Cloud certification such as:

    • Media Cloud Accredited Professional,

    • Communication Cloud Accredited Professional

    • Health Cloud Accredited Professional

  • Experience in requirements gathering, design, development, testing and documentation of Salesforce solutions for clients, including at least three (3) end-to-end implementations of an Industry Cloud Solution for clients.

  • Experience in executing data migration from legacy systems into Salesforce Industries Cloud.

  • Experience in building automation rules using OmniScripts and Flows.

  • Experience in creating Apex classes, Triggers and using APIs.

  • Expert level knowledge of the Salesforce object model in conjunction with SOQL and SOSL.

  • Experience integrating Salesforce Industries Cloud with 3rd party applications such as proprietary and legacy customer databases, Ad Servers, Ad Inventory Tools, and/or ERPs is an asset.

  • Experience in conducting training sessions for team members or clients is a plus.

  • Development, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
