• Conduct video counseling sessions where you will provide ethical and compassionate care to clients.
• Perform ongoing assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their mental health goals.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support in managing their mental health. This demographic may include individuals facing everyday stressors, anxiety, relationship issues, or life transitions. Your role will involve empowering clients through understanding, respect, and therapeutic guidance as they navigate their personal challenges.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Current independent licensure in the state of Nevada as an LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC; the ability to work without supervision is crucial.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in digital communication platforms.
• A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection for effective telehealth delivery.

• Experience in virtual counseling settings is highly desirable, as it enables you to seamlessly engage with clients on digital platforms.
• Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices, is a plus.
• Prior experience working in community health settings or with diverse populations can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
