Position Summary

The Outsourced Accounting Director / Senior Manager is responsible for leading outsourced accounting engagements and delivering high-level advisory services. This role combines relationship management, team supervision, and strategic insight while contributing to business development and firm leadership initiatives.


Description of Duties

Client Management & Advisory

  • Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of entrepreneurial business clients.
  • Provide fractional CFO services including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions to drive client success.

Engagement Oversight

  • Oversee monthly and quarterly outsourced accounting services.
