As the Temporary Project Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in keeping the 2026 Whole Home Project moving forward-connecting teams, managing details, and ensuring every milestone is met from planning through execution.

About Hearst Magazines (Why Us?)

Communicate proactively with builders, designers, contractors, photographers, videographers, content creators, and internal stakeholders to ensure productions and shoots run smoothly.
Support on-site project needs, including conducting site visits and assisting with venue scouting when needed.
Capture detailed production notes, track editorial moments and sponsor integrations, and document room-by-room product details to support editorial, marketing, and content teams.
Qualifications (What We're Looking For)
2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, editorial operations, event production, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, proactive approach to stakeholder management.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple internal and external partners.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate project documentation and tracking systems.
Comfortable working with tools such as Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Slides.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Experience working with creative, editorial, production, design, construction, or events teams is a plus.
