TheBusinessDevelopmentSupportteamfacilitatestheservicescopeagreementprocessforHedgeServprospectsandclientsglobally,includingtheformulationoffeeanalysesandpreparationofproposalsandclientagreements.Theteam'sobjectivesaresupportedbythecollectionandanalysisofprospect,clientandcompanyinformation,aswellasconstantengagementwiththefirm'sSeniorLeadershipandkeyclientcontacts.

TheBusinessDevelopmentSupportrolecallsforsomeonewhoissystematic,structuredandorganizedbynature.Thepersonfulfillingthisroleshouldbeapproachable,thorough,methodical,self-disciplined,carefulanddiplomaticinapproach.Consistencyandtheabilitytotieupallthelooseendsandfinishajobwillbeofimportance.

Responsibilities

  • Supportseniormanagementinprospectandclientdiscussionsfornewbusinessandservices

  • Preparefeeanalyses,proposals,andclientagreements

  • Leadcross-functionalprojectstocaptureandanalyzeclientandcompanyinformationfrommultiplesources

  • Manageteamopenitemlistandfollowuponoutstandingitems

  • Trackpipelineofprospective,transitioning,andexistingclientsandservicerequirements

  • Maintainalargevolumeofclientagreementsanddatabaseofnegotiatedtermsandconditions

  • Provideregularreportingandadhocanalysesasrequested

Pre-requisiteknowledge,skillsandexperience

  • Bachelor'sDegreefromfour-yearcollegeoruniversity

  • 3-6years'experienceinfinancialservicesand/orsalesoperations

  • Exceptionallyorganizedanddetailed-orientedwiththeabilitytomeetastrictstandardofqualityandaccuracy

  • Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills

  • Abilitytoworkeffectivelywithseniormanagement

  • ProficientinMSOffice(Excel,Outlook,Word,PowerPoint)

The salary range for this role is $100,000-110,000. Specific salary will be determined based on education, location, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
