• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand the mental health and emotional requirements of clients, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans that cater to individual needs.
• Implement and monitor evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, facilitating positive client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation reflects the best practices in behavioral health.
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychologists, psychiatrists, and other social workers, to provide cohesive and holistic care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available resources, supporting them in navigating their recovery journey.
