Job description

We are looking for a Junior AI Engineer to join the Google Tech Hub at BIP, working on Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Data, and Martech projects on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate is curious, eager to learn and experiment, and motivated to apply AI in practical customer engagement use cases, contributing to innovative projects built on Google Cloud technologies.

Your Role

At BIP, you will work alongside a team of AI Engineers, Martech Specialists, and Data Engineers to develop solutions that combine data, predictive models, and Generative AI to optimize marketing and communication strategies.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development of Machine Learning and Generative AI models on Google Cloud (e.g., Vertex AI, BigQuery ML);
  • Contributing to data cleaning, analysis, and modeling activities to extract valuable business insights;
  • Collaborating with Martech Specialists and Data Engineers to bring AI-based solutions into production in support of campaigns, recommendations, and dynamic content;
  • Participating in research and experimentation projects on new AI use cases for marketing and communication.

Who We Are Looking For

A curious, motivated person with a strong analytical mindset, able to work in teams and enthusiastically take on new challenges.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related STEM disciplines;
  • Basic or academic knowledge of Machine Learning and Data Analysis;
  • Good knowledge of Python (e.g., libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch) and SQL;
  • Interest in Martech and AI applied to marketing;
  • Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or willingness to learn it (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Storage);
  • Good knowledge of Spanish and English.
Nice to Have
  • Experience (including academic or personal projects) in AI or Data Science;
  • Knowledge of digital marketing or web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager);
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative development environments;
  • Knowledge of or interest in Generative AI technologies (LLMs, NLP, Vision AI, etc.);
