  • Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple systems and components
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams
  • Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration and automation improvements
  • Support occasional mobile automation initiatives
  • Participate in performance, load, and reliability testing, including test design, execution, and analysis
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or Equivalent Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience is preferred, or recent graduate with a strong technical competency preferably with internship or co-op experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Robot Framework or similar automation frameworks
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Solid grasp of testing principles, requirement analysis, and test design
  • Ability to deep‑dive into complex issues and work collaboratively to resolve them
  • Strong communication skills and a team‑first mindset
  • Familiarity with performance or load testing concepts (e.g., concurrency, throughput, resource utilization)

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Exposure to mobile automation (Appium, BrowserStack, etc.)
  • Experience with API testing
  • Familiarity with version control best practices (Git)
