• Conduct in-depth, comprehensive assessments that identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients to develop effective treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to diverse client needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans that align with client goals, adjusting interventions as necessary to maximize client progress.
• Advocate for client rights and access to various resources, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are fully informed of their options.
• Collaborate with community organizations, other healthcare providers, and social services to coordinate care and enhance the support available to clients.
• Engage in program development and evaluation, contributing insights that assist in grant reporting and funding acquisition.
• Participate regularly in team training sessions and community outreach projects to expand your skills and promote the organization's mission.
• Utilize case management software to document client progress and maintain accurate records for compliance and quality assurance.

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals facing various behavioral health challenges and their families. This includes clients in detoxification programs who may be dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. You will provide crucial support in a sensitive manner, fostering a therapeutic environment that encourages recovery and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this role.
• Working knowledge of trauma-informed care practices, social justice frameworks, and advocacy for marginalized populations.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to connect empathetically with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a varied caseload and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
