The Role

We are looking for a full-time Law School Admission Test (LSAT) Tutor who is passionate about education and driven to help students succeed. If you love mentoring, test prep, and empowering others, this is the role for you! You'll work one-on-one with students, create personalized study plans, and provide expert guidance to help them excel on every section of the LSAT. 

This is a full-time, remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. The 40-hour workweek includes 5–10 hours of preparation time, with tutoring scheduled around student availability, including weekday evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the LSAT exam
  • Tailor an LSAT curriculum to students' needs
  • Track and analyze student progress
  • Create and maintain project trackers to monitor student progress
  • Keep students' families up to date on progress
  • Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Comfort and ability to teach all sections of the LSAT
  • Take on additional income opportunities as they arise, such as leading webinars or training other tutors

Qualifications

  • Have a 4-year college degree (Bachelor's Degree or higher is required)
  • Able to tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Have previously taken the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) (copy of official score report required)
  • A baseline LSAT score in the 99th percentile
  • 2+ years of previous teaching or tutoring experience
  • Able to provide LSAT test preparation for the full exam and each section
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable teaching and coaching in a fully remote tutoring environment
