This position is fully remote, enabling you to collaborate with clients from the comfort of your chosen environment. Our team works primarily from home, promoting a healthy work-life balance while still fostering a close-knit community among colleagues. During standard working hours, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, you will have the flexibility to create a personalized workspace that fosters your productivity and comfort.

• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions, providing clients with essential mental health support to address their unique challenges.
• Establish a safe and trusting space in virtual settings, encouraging clients to openly share their thoughts and feelings.
• Work collaboratively with clients to identify personal goals and devise strategic plans for achieving them.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of each client, continually assessing progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Utilize various online therapy tools and platforms to enhance client interactions and maintain a high standard of care.
• Regularly participate in team meetings for case review and professional development, ensuring alignment on best practices.

You will serve a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals, couples, and families seeking support for a wide range of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Your expertise in creating tailored therapy plans will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their personal journeys toward healing and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Full licensure to practice independently (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a therapy setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapy methodology and treatment planning.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in building trust with clients in a virtual environment.
• Competence in utilizing online therapy tools to offer enhanced therapeutic interactions.

• Background in community health or outpatient settings is highly advantageous.
• Experience working with various presenting issues, particularly in family systems or couples therapy.
• Knowledge of telehealth best practices and an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
