Work Environment

This position allows for remote work, enabling you to fulfill your responsibilities from the comfort of your own home while contributing to a virtual team that values collaboration and innovation. Working hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekends as necessary. Flexibility for on-call duties may also be required.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for students, identifying their individual needs and challenges.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each studentโ€™s mental health needs, ensuring they are integrated effectively into the school community.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions for issues including ASD, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral challenges, ADHD, and trauma.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering personal growth, developing emotional regulation skills, and equipping students with effective coping mechanisms.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, speech and occupational therapists, and other mental health professionals to provide a holistic approach to care.
  • Offer immediate crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, providing support and guidance to students and their families.
  • Educate students and families about mental health issues and available resources, promoting understanding and awareness.
  • Ensure meticulous and accurate documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, maintaining compliance within all operational procedures.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing staff development activities to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about current laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines impacting social work practices.

Qualifications
