Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing therapists to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging individual therapy sessions via our secure online platform, utilizing video, chat, or audio as appropriate for client comfort.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure therapeutic targets are met.
• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health records, documenting each session’s progress in compliance with ethical standards.
• Work collaboratively with fellow mental health professionals, as required, to provide a holistic therapeutic approach, including referrals to specialized services when needed.
• Stay informed about best practices, ethical guidelines, and developments in the mental health field to maintain high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals seeking assistance with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Therapists will work closely with clients from different backgrounds, including adolescents and adults, allowing for a rich and varied therapeutic experience tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Qualifications

• A required Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is highly preferred.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including but not limited to:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools for conducting remote therapy sessions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also collaborating with a remote team.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in providing individual therapy, especially in a remote or virtual setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Exposure to various client demographics, enhancing cultural competency in treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
