Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop impactful treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, ensuring that your approach aligns with best practices and client preferences.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide holistic care to clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards.
• Stay informed of advancements within the field of mental health, actively pursuing professional development through workshops and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve adult clients who may be dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, or family dynamics will allow you to address the complexities of each client’s situation effectively. This role requires sensitivity to the unique experiences of individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering a non-judgmental atmosphere conducive to healing.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of two years of practical experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong ethical decision-making skills, deep knowledge of the legal framework governing counseling practice, and unwavering commitment to client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas including trauma recovery, addiction treatment, couples counseling, or family therapy is highly desirable.
• Proven capacity to build therapeutic relationships effectively with clients across a spectrum of cultures and backgrounds.
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and related digital documentation platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, which is commensurate with your caseload and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice insurance coverage, and unlimited client referrals.
