Despite the remote nature, you will be part of a collaborative team dynamic, supported by weekly team meetings via video conferencing and a robust consultation process. Our outpatient office serves as the main hub for client interactions, ensuring that our counselors have the resources and systems needed to support effective care for our patients.

• Conduct initial assessments and detailed evaluations to establish personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide evidence-based interventions using therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accurate records for all patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care aimed at addressing all aspects of the clients' mental health.
• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training and workshops, remaining abreast of the latest research and treatment methodologies in mental health.

Our clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds dealing with a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationships. As an LPC at Harmonius, you'll work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, implementing tailored therapeutic strategies to meet their unique needs. • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Connecticut.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in providing therapeutic services, with a minimum of two years in a clinical setting.
• Strong grasp of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertaining to the counseling profession.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients from various demographics and backgrounds.
• Familiarity and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma recovery, substance abuse, family issues, or couple therapy is highly desirable.
• A history of engaging in collaborative therapy practices within a team-oriented setting.
• Participation in relevant workshops and training that enhance therapeutic practices.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
