This position is fully remote, allowing you to operate from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients across South Gate, California, and beyond. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, utilizing evidence-based tools and techniques.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that cater specifically to the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring they align with best practice standards.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, while fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Track and monitor clients’ progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance effectiveness and patient outcomes.
• Deliver crisis intervention services as required, providing immediate support to clients during times of distress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, including client progress notes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other allied health professionals, to deliver comprehensive and holistic care.
• Engage in continuous learning by staying informed about the latest in mental health research and treatment methodologies.
• Partake in regular supervision sessions and training workshops to refine your clinical skills and knowledge.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by relevant licensing bodies.

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults dealing with a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. These individuals often require a more intensive level of care that integrates peer support alongside professional therapy. By working within our virtual intensive outpatient program, you’ll play a crucial role in helping clients build resilience, learn coping skills, and achieve sustainable recovery.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor with a non-judgmental approach to care.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities to handle a dynamic caseload.
• A clear professional record, with no disciplinary actions from licensing boards.

• Prior experience working with adolescents and young adults in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy and telehealth tools to facilitate remote sessions effectively.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly those related to trauma-informed care.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, alongside opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
