What is a remote longevity specialist?

A Remote Longevity Specialist is a professional who works virtually to help individuals improve their health, wellness, and lifespan through personalized guidance and interventions. They may use digital platforms to assess clients’ lifestyles, suggest diet and exercise plans, and recommend strategies based on the latest longevity research. Their goal is to help people adopt habits that promote healthy aging, often leveraging technology to monitor progress and provide ongoing support. This role can involve collaboration with healthcare providers, use of wearable devices, and staying updated on advances in longevity science.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional who enjoys building relationships, developing growth strategies, and creating value for customers while contributing to a more sustainable energy future.

How you'll make an impact

  • Identify, develop, and capture new service opportunities for substations, transformers, and high-voltage equipment across U.S. industrial markets.

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with long-term growth objectives.

  • Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, sales teams, and technical consultants.

  • Understand customer operational challenges and position service programs, service agreements, and lifecycle solutions that deliver value.

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.

  • Collaborate with sales and market development teams to create and execute account capture strategies.

  • Build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of opportunities while providing regular progress updates.

  • Champion Hitachi Energy's values of safety, integrity, collaboration, and customer focus in every interaction.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related commercial role.

  • Experience working with industrial customers in sectors such as oil & gas, mining, metals, semiconductors, renewables, or similar markets.

  • Strong understanding of energy infrastructure, power systems, transformer services, substations, or high-voltage equipment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.

More about us

  • Join Hitachi Energy and contribute to advancing a sustainable energy future through innovative technologies and solutions.

  • Collaborate with diverse, highly skilled teams in an inclusive environment that values learning, safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.

  • Benefit from exciting career development opportunities, global exposure, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the energy transition.
