• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to discern clients’ mental health needs, and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and consistently track their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

The clients in your caseload are individuals grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing culturally sensitive care that respects individual experiences and promotes personal growth. Our practice emphasizes empathy and understanding, creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, while a Master’s degree or doctorate is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.

• A strong sense of empathy and a non-judgmental approach to clients’ varied experiences and challenges.

• Effective organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseloads efficiently while handling administrative responsibilities.

• At least 2 years of experience in clinical practice, ideally in a therapeutic setting where you have developed individual treatment plans and conducted therapy sessions.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems.

• The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
