• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify each client's mental health needs, thereby informing the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to specific situations.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions through secure virtual platforms, ensuring that each session is conducted in a safe and supportive environment.
• Collaborate closely with clients to define therapeutic goals, offering ongoing support, feedback, and adjustments to treatment approaches as necessary.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other methods, adapting approaches based on client preferences and specific therapeutic needs.

This role serves a diverse client population facing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and stress management challenges. Our therapists are equipped to provide culturally competent care, ensuring that all clients feel understood and respected as they navigate their unique life experiences.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in virtual communication techniques, with strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
• A heartfelt commitment to advocating for client well-being and success, exhibiting care and understanding in all interactions.
• Excellent organizational abilities, enabling effective management of multiple clients while ensuring comprehensive documentation.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000, dependent on caseload and experience.
