The Sales Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the sales team by developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals. In this position, you will oversee the sales team and ensures consistent delivery on targets, customer acquisition, and market growth. What does the Sales Director do at RVI?

  • Develop annual sales plan in alignment with organizational strategies and objectives
  • Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to Sales Managers and Account Executives
  • Establish performance metrics for the sales teams in collaboration with company leadership, and monitors sales team achievement of goals
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set pricing, distribution, and strategies
  • Implement and refine sales policies, processes, and tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee and ensure effective use of CRM systems to track activities, generate insights, and support decision-making
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partners; participate in high-level sales engagements as needed
