• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities that enhance client well-being and emotional growth.
• Set and monitor therapeutic goals alongside clients and adapt strategies as needed based on their progress.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing logistical challenges.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and follow-up plans to adhere to ethical and professional standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities including workshops, training, and peer consultations to expand clinical skills.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, focusing on individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in facilitating healing through personalized approaches that respect the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

• Possess a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
• Demonstrate empathy and a non-judgmental attitude, creating a safe space for clients to express themselves.
• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills necessary for maintaining effective caseload management.

We desire candidates with at least 2 years of direct mental health counseling experience. Prior training in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or other relevant therapeutic models is a plus, allowing for a richer therapeutic experience for clients.

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a strong compensation package, we provide:
