This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to create your own schedule from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm. Designed for the modern therapist, our telehealth platform facilitates seamless interactions with clients, ensuring that logistical barriers are minimized. You will engage with a diverse cohort of clients from the comfort of your home or preferred workspace, with no on-call requirements.

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with individual adult clients, delivering tailored evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and counselors, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Utilize automated self-assessment tools to track client symptoms and progress, allowing for adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary.
• Participate in weekly clinical consultation sessions for guidance and case support, fostering a collaborative environment among peers.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans efficiently using our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system, which integrates various therapeutic and assessment tools.

Your therapeutic practice will primarily focus on adult clients, including those dealing with a range of mental health challenges. Our commitment to providing care extends to individuals experiencing elevated risks, including suicidal ideation. You will play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate, culturally responsive mental health services to diverse populations, recognizing their unique experiences and needs.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution, with valid licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• A minimum of one year of independent practice as a licensed mental health professional.
• Strong commitment to embracing diverse client populations and addressing a wide variety of mental health disorders in a culturally sensitive manner.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing digital platforms for therapeutic service delivery.

• At least two years of recent experience providing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based interventions specifically to adult clients with diverse mental health concerns.
• Proven experience in engaging with higher risk populations, equipping you to manage complex therapeutic situations with confidence and empathy.
